The job price, which was originally estimated at approximately Rs 171 crores once two 17-floor buildings were suggested in January, is estimated to be approximately Rs 250 crores,” divisional commissioner Deepak Agrawal told TOI on Thursday while discussing the revived layout of this proposed twin-tower construction with TOI after getting it in the architect.
