State Journalism Award for Anjaya Anjaya Toi

Nagpur: Anjaya Anparthi, Assistant Editor at the Times of India, Nagpur, has been chosen for the Gopal Sheorey Award which is formed by the state government for excellence in the journalism category in English.
Awards, which carry RS51,000 cash prizes, quotes and certificates, will be presented by the Head of the Minister of UDDHAV Thackeray on a function to be held in Mumbai soon.
The government has chosen 19 journalists and photo journalists for various awards for 2019.
This is the second time Anjaya has won this award, for the first time in 2011.
