Thiruvananthapuram: The country reported 38,684 cases from 1,20,496 samples tested in the last 24 hours.

With 225 deaths again in the past few days recorded as Covid death and 370 deaths added from the appeal received, the dead victim had risen 57,296.
The total active case is 3,66,120, including 2.9% of people received both in hospitals or other care centers.

Nakulam reported the highest number of cases – 6,398, followed by ThiruvananThapuram (5,002), Kollayam (3,426), Kottayam (3,399), Malappuram (2,616) , Alappuzha (2,610), Kozhikode (2,469), Pathanamthitta (2,069), Kannur (1,814), Palakkad (1,792), Idukki (1,442), Wayanad (731) and Kasaragod (731).
There were a total of 5,12,986 people currently observing in various countries, where 5.02,193 were in their homes or institutional quarantine centers and 10,793 in isolation at the hospital.
