State Logs 45.136 new cases; TPR at 44.80%

Thiruvananthapuram: Active Covid-19 cases in the state close to 2.5 lakh and close to four lakh people now in observations in the state.
When compared to the previous week, there has been a 201% increase in reporting new cases.
There was also a 23% increase in patients in the ventilator and increased oxygen residence 91% compared to last week.
The country reported 45,136 positive cases of 1,00,735 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The test level of the test has jumped to 44.80%.
With 70 deaths again in the past few days it was recorded as Covid death and 62 deaths added to the appeal received, the dead victim had risen 51,739.
The total active case has increased to 2,47,227, where 3% of people are accepted both in hospitals or other care centers.
At the same time, 21,324 patients had recovered from the disease.
New cases, 42,340 cases have been infected through local deployment.
Infection contact sources cannot be traced to 2.225.
There are 443 health professionals among those infected and 128 people have arrived from outside the country.
Ernakulam reported the highest number of cases – 8,143, followed by Thiruvananthapuram (7,430), Thrissur (5,120), Kozhikode (4,385), Kolllayam (3,053), Kollam (2,882), Palakkad (2,431), alappuzha (2,431), alappuzha (2,431)) , Pathanamthitta (2,012), Kannur (1,673), Idukki (1,637), Wayanad (972) and Kasaragod (623).
There are a total of 3,85,516 people currently observing in various districts, where 3,77,086 is in their homes or institutional quarantine centers and 8,430 in isolation in hospitals.
