Mumbai: With educational boards such as CBSE and CISCE – Holding two academic council tests, running offline for one semester of class X and XII next month, the country is looking for feedback from schools and colleges on SSC March-April 2022 and HSC exams in physical mode.
After the Covid-19 crisis last year caused school closure, exam cancellation, and results based on internal assessment, CBSE and Cisce decided to accommodate two examinations, each of which included 50% syllabus.
With fear of the third wave Waning, CBSE decided to do an offline exam.
Cisce, which is also set to do the first board online next month, turn to offline to have parity with the Central Education Board.
While the State Education Council has not yet produced any plans for SSC and HSC students, schools and colleges are being consulted on whether the pen-and-paper examination (covering all the syllabus) can be held next year.

The consensus is to hold an offline board test.
Junior Schools and Colleges conducted the first semester exam for class X and XII students online.
Signs must be taken into account if the physical board exam is not held next year, said a subject.
Academics say that like their CBSE and Cisce colleagues, the state should also break the syllabus into two parts.
“The first test of two boards can be held now when the Covid situation is controlled.
It is too early to assess what the situation will be next year,” said a teacher.
Gaikwad took stock of school readiness, junior college, and students for physical board exams.
The principal said students had been told to prepare physical thoughts in mind.
Students and parents are also interested in the board exams offline.
The state managed to conduct additional examinations for SSC and HSC in September-October in offline mode.
Both CBSE and CISCE have allocated their respective schools as a test center for students.
CBSE even works to accommodate outstation students to centers in addition to their respective schools.
Cisce will publish guidelines to school about doing offline exams.
