Nagpur: When a dead end between parents and school authorities for the cost of dragging, the state government contemplates regulations at the beginning of next month which can empower officials to deal with the conflict.
The Minister of School Education Varsha Gaikwad told TII that under the laws of the Maharashtra Education Institution (cost regulations), which controlled cost problems, the state did not have the power to disturb.

Former Senior State Lawyer and Advocate ShreeHari Aney said, “The Cabinet can provide regulations but must be approved by the Governor.
After being approved, this is valid for six months and can be extended.” He further said the amendments in legal issues could also be taken in the cabinet.
“They can declare their intention to change the law, which will ultimately be done when the house is in the session,” Aney said.
The government led by BJP, under the power of whom is the law of graduation, it is too difficult to realize in the provision of state to dictate costs.
Former Minister of Education Vinod Tawde, a BJP Neta, said it would be legally unable to be maintained.
“The right to the Education Law (RTE) said children had the right to free education.

Minister Gaikwad also has not revealed whether the proposed ordinance also aims to empower the government to cover costs or release it.
