State the war on drugs, don’t reserve strong: KCR

Hyderabad: Asking the Police and Excise Officials to act hard on drug vendors, Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday told them not to leave allegations accused of being released from political affiliates and also not influenced by selected representatives.
“The two branch strategies must be implemented to examine narcotics trade in the state.
First, the identification of those who have been addicted and support from their families helped in de-addiction.
Second, track the drug supply network and eradicate it,” CM said while handling meetings with the police and Excise officials in the eradication of drug narcotics, including marijuana, from the state in Pragathi Bhavan on Friday.
“If there are farmers found, cultivate marijuana, all welfare schemes such as Rythu Bandhu subsidies, etc., must be withdrawn.
Villagers must inform about such activities to the government,” KCR said.
When officials say that some closed industries have become nerve centers for the manufacture of illegal substances, KCR said they had to be sealed and the people behind him were sued.
He said the state police engine must be the same as advanced equipment to help identify the gang that supplies drugs, adding that the responsibility to eradicate narcotics mafia must be entrusted to police officers who are efficient.
CM said that wars must be announced on mafia drugs and PD actions must also be enforced.
He asked the police commissioner of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda to find out the drug trafficking route in each missionary and directed crime.
“The police must zero on how prohibited drugs are supplied from other countries and eliminate networks.
Police and excise officers must make an action plan to limit it,” KCR said.
Said that the state must be a role model, KCR asks officials to involve the community, teachers, students, Sarpana, and local MP / MPs to create awareness of drug threats.
