NEW DELHI: Facebook and WhatsApp on Monday urged the Delhi high court to keep the Competition Commission of India (CCI) detect asking them to provide certain information in regard to a probe dictated by it to the instant messaging program’s new privacy policy.
A vacation bench of Justices Anup Jairam Bhambhani and Jasmeet Singh stated it’ll pass an order on this program.

The case is related to the allure of Facebook and WhatsApp from one judge order ignoring their pleas from the research CCI ordered to the second messaging program’s new privacy policy.
The high court had previously issued notices about the allure and requested the Centre to react with this.
In their new applications filed at the forthcoming attractions, Facebook and WhatsApp hunted remain about the CCI’s June 4 note requesting them to provide certain information with the aim of inquiry conducted with it.
Senior advocate Harish Salve, symbolizing WhatsApp, stated the issue is they have received a brand new note on June 4 and also the final date to respond would be June 21.
He explained the privacy policy is currently under challenge from the Supreme Court and the Delhi HC by means of a pile of petitions and the government has been looking in to it.
