‘STD XI Entering centrally in the city must be removed, there is no meaning’

The centralized STD XI receipt process is always debated in Nagpur because of the high number of empty seats every year, but this time the Devels have raised decibels.
Rural colleges, which are not part of the stamp, started their academic session in July while in the city, the reception process was not finished.
Ravindra Fadnavis, Secretary of Maharashtra Rajya Shikshan Sanstha Mahamandal (MRSSM), represents various trust which manages educational institutions throughout the state and is a strong hat opponent.
In an interview with Toi, Fadnavis talked about hats and how it became irrelevant, either because of empty seats and era driven by our technology now lives.
Quotes …
Q.
The government saves the acceptance process (cap) time and money for students because they do not need to visit different colleges to enter.
Is that step justified? A.
This argument is defective to start and in the times driven by technology today, it actually becomes invalid.
Each college can have its own website where the reception process can be integrated.
Students can send documents, pay costs online and can track progress online.
Parally, the Ministry of Education can create a website where the names of college, their website, and the previous year’s cut-off list can be available.
In this way students know that he clicked on the original website link.
And access to the internet can have from home or from internet cafes because of the entire hat online so that students even today need to access the internet.
P.
with students pay for the Prospectus College (online or offline), does not produce more costs.
A.
In accordance with the direction of the court, the College Prospectus cannot be more than RS 20.
But in its own stamp the application costs around Rs 120.
After the removed lid, the college can shift the shipping of their prospectus that will ensure it.
Fixed costs under RS 20 mandated by the court.
If there is more tuition fees than that, the Ministry of Education can take action.
The Cap Committee for Nagpur has around Rs 50 Lakh in his bank account.
They must take the initiative to reduce the cost of the application.
Q.
Why do you feel that the hat does not serve the purpose in question? A.
I will ask which goals are served in the city of Nagpur? Nearly 50% of the STD XI seat becomes empty every year which automatically defeats the main purpose of closing.
If each student is guaranteed to enter then why have such a process.
The second point is that universities outside the city limits are released which makes them more agile in planning their academic sessions.
Do you know that the academic session at the Nagpur (countryside) college began in July with physical class options as well.
But in the city, we are still in the entrance phase and August is almost over.
We can’t even start online class because the hat schedule has pushed our academic session back more than a month.
P.
Trend recently is that more students receive entrance tickets to rural countryside.
A.
College receipts are driven by student science stream, most of which are preparing jee / neet.
So the training class is a priority and presence of universities every day is impossible for these students.
In rural areas, it seems that the coaching institute has a ‘bond’ with certain universities where the presence of a proxy is marked.
Because these universities are beyond limits, acceptance can be taken in large quantities by training the institute for their students.
Q.
Is the cap affecting the acceptance at City Colleges? A.
Definitely.
That is a recent trend.
Let’s open statistics and you will find that every year there are around 20,000 empty seats in the city.
Last year around 24,000.
Even if we take into account that number, there is excessive capacity, cannot deny the fact that city students are led to rural college to enter where the Ministry of Education’s radar does not work.
Therefore we demand you memo or enter rural college too.
Q.
Can the cover be removed because they are detained in places like Mumbai and Pune too? A.
Well the latest example is Aurangabad, where the lid no longer applies.
They filed a claim to the government that there were a large number of empty seats and were illogical to continue to close.
We have also sent a similar letter to the Deputy Director of Education (DDE) Division Nagpur, saying that Nagpur must also be removed from PurView Cap.
