STD XII Rape Survivor in HC for Turning Pregnancy

Nagpur: A STD XII student, who was allegedly raped by his mother’s paramour, had knocked the door of Nagpur from the door of the Bombay High Court to stop his 18-week-old pregnancy.
Through Fair Mirza’s adviser, the 17-year-old applicant claimed that the pregnancy was forced on it by the Anilkumar Shrivastava who was accused, which allegedly exploited him with the help of his mother and relative Shambhunath Palanya.
He also experienced mental and physical harassment by the trio accused after his father’s death a few years ago.
While praying to allow him to cancel the earliest fetus, Mirza told that the health of the Survivor deteriorated consisting of obstetricians, a doctor, an anesthetist, and others.
Board members were told to examine survivors, who were dormitory students, and submitted a written report through the additional public prosecutor Sanjay Doifode on whether termination of pregnancy was decent or not.
“Meanwhile, we believe that the Dean will provide all medical assistance and attention to the health of the victim,” said the judges, before repairing the next hearing on August 27 at 10 am.
After his complaint against the defendant at Khaparkheda the police station, they were ordered based on Section 376 (2) (N), 323, 506 IPC and Section 5 (I), 6 and 17 of the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso).
