VARANATION: In a large breakthrough, the Varanasi UP Unit up STF managed to call two active members of Gang Munna Bajrangi with the help of Jharkhand police near Mint House Crossing on Wednesday here on Wednesday.
According to reports, the people arrested, were identified as Ajit Pratap Singh aka Lallan Singh and Rajiv Kumar Singh, both the residents of Jaunpur Regency, was sought in the murder of BJP leader Jitram Munda in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Jharkhand police requested assistance from the Field Unit Varanasi STF for the second arrest accused of being involved in the murder of the BJP leader who took place in the area of the Mr.
Ranchi Regency on September 22.
They want in cases under 302 (murder), 307 (efforts to murder), 324 (voluntarily cause injured by weapons or dangerous means), 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC and the Act section.
Jharkhand police have told STF about the possibility of the second presence accused of Varanasi and Jaunpur districts.
Acting on a tip, the STF team led by the Parishar and Anil Kumar Singh inspector from the Varanasi field unit caught the two accused.
During the interrogation, they acknowledged that they had provided protection to the killer of Alisher’s contract aka Babies Budha Budha from the Azamgarh district, which brought RS 1 Lakh gift.
They also left Alisher at Dehri on the son in their car.
Then, Alisher along with his aide Hemant Yadav aka Dablu from the Ghazipur district went to Ranchi and shot dead Jitram Munda.
Alisher along with his aide Kamran was shot down in a meeting with STF on October 25.
