LONDON: Stokes Ben-Rounder Premier in the world has chosen out of the Indian Premier League this year to manage the burden of work and remain mentally fresh for the next English home season, according to reports in British media.
Stokes had ash underwhelming, after printing only 236 walked and only picked four nose in England 0-4 struggling in Australian hands.
With many British Stalwart including former captain David Gower has begun their annual criticism of the T20 league that is rich in cash, understood that Stokes, which can return to the bug bug again, has decided to stay away.

“Stokes has had a turmoil over the past few years, with the death of his father Ged 13 last month before a long break in 2021 to prioritize his mental health and repair a finger that was severely damaged in the IPL,” he wrote.

When the tournament was continued in September, after the Covid-19-induced break, Stokes did not return.

Among the British players who were looking for, only Moeen Ali (who had retired from the test) and Jos Buttler was maintained by their franchise, each Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan.
Last summer, the ECB allowed British players, who were in the IPL to sit the initial test of the season against New Zealand, something that caused a lot of criticism because the rotation policy was placed on the number.
