Patna: The son of the son of the JD (U) leader who was allegedly stolen from his house in Mashrakh in the suggestion district found from Bengaluru.
The vehicle was in the ownership of a doctor, who told the police that the son of a BJP parliamentary member from North Bihar had gave it to him because of his periodic service.
On August 22, Sanjay Kumar Singh, the leader of the son of JD (U) Kameshwar Singh, filed FIR with the Mashrak police station alleged that the registration number of the BR04 PA 5356 SUV bearing was stolen from his house in Gopalwari.
A pine (440/2021) was submitted and Arun Prakash was made in an investigative officer (IO) in this case.
Interestingly, Sanjay submitted the FIR four days after receiving a message on his cellphone on August 18 that the vehicle had been given to serve in the workshop in Bengaluru.
Sanjay mentioned it in FIR.
Furthermore, Mashrakh police accompanied by Sanjay reached Bengaluru, where the vehicle recovered from the workshop on August 31.
Police Vijay Nagar in Bengaluru picked up a doctor, who had taken the vehicle to serve.
“The doctor said the vehicle was given to him by his friend, who was the son of a BJP parliamentary member from Bihar, to be served at the official workshop,” Sanjay told Ti on Sunday.
Arun’s ASI told Ti that the stolen vehicle was taken to the Mashrak police station on September 3 and stored there.
“I have prayed at the CJM court to release my vehicle,” Sanjay said.
The MP concerned cannot be contacted for his comments, even though there is a repeat effort on his two cellphone numbers.
