Stop the political demonstration that leads the Covid protocol: Bombay HC

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday told the state government to stop political demonstrations that lead to the Covid-19 protocol.
“You have to start activating the machine to stop the political demonstration that opposes the Covid protocol.
We will not let this happen.
We turn off the court (for physical hearing).
We do not function full force.
Political demonstrations are underway,” said the main judicial bench Datta and justice Girish Kulkarni while hearing pills in Covid-19 management.
The judges mentioned the protest rally for naming Navi Mumbai airport and noted that there were 25,000 participants.
“How will you manage Covid? Is this time for rally? The last rally is above the airport naming.
Can it not wait until Covid ends?” CJ asked.
The judges commented that even though the airport was not ready to operate, there was a hurry to call it.
“First name, then the airport …
and you assemble 25,000 people!” CJ commented.
Advocate Rajesh Inamdar, for the applicant, refers to the OBC quota demonstration.
The judges also signaled protests for Maratha’s order when the decision on the state review on the command of the Supreme Court was waiting for.
“When will political leaders leave before voters and say ‘the problem is before the court, the highest court in the country.
It has the last word, not the government?” Said the main justice.
The judges then asked whether political leaders were not equivalent to those who held a fake vaccination camp.
“Are they less responsible than those holding a fake vaccination camp? They tried to take mileage for political profits.
Why? Leave (demonstration) waiting for time,” CJ said.
Inamdar said the highest Delta variant numbers in Maharashtra with 21 cases to date.
He said Japan saw a wave of fifth covid and English fourth wave.
“These countries cannot handle it,” he said, adding that “we cannot recover from the second wave.” The judges said there were lessons to be learned from the second wave in India.
“We all have to take lessons from the second wave.
Everything is normal since November.
We invite it,” said the main justice.
