Stranded in Kabul, T’Gana Workers Shoot Application for Rescue

Hyderabad: In the midst of increasing tensions in Kabul, a 44-year-old man from Manserial Crying for help.
B Rajanna, who has landed in Kabul on August 8, has urged the Indian government to evacuate him for salvation.
Rajana, who works as a supervisor at a construction company, has returned to the warrior kabul after the 22-day leave period ended.
Even though the situation around the Kabul International Airport was quiet on Tuesday after two days of chaos with the Taliban preparing a security post, Rajanna was not sure if he could immediately return to Telangana with commercial flights that could not take off.
He said he had a return ticket for August 18 from Kabul to Delhi.
While his wife, daughter and other family members in Manserial were worried about their safety, Rajana said she was safe in the camp entered by her company in Kabul.
Asked what made him travel to Kabul when the situation was clearly out of hand, Rajanna told Ti by telephone that he did not anticipate that it would change to worse.
“We know that the Taliban will take control of the country, but what happened in the last few days the collapse of the Afghan troops surprised us,” Rajana, who has worked in Afghanistan for the past four years, said.
He had come down to the manherial on July 18 to spend time with his family by utilizing his annual leave.
Hundreds of Indians have been evacuated from Afghanistan while international forces rushed to issue their citizens abroad, Rajana said thousands of people panicked to escape on Monday after the Taliban took control of the country to heartbreaking.
“A little I imagine that I will be arrested in the same situation when I landed in Kabul ten days ago.
I was silent with the situation in Afghanistan,” he said.
He said he heard gunshots on August 15 from a place not far from where he camped.
“There is fear in the whole city.
Fortunately, there are no problems for food and accommodation,” he said.
Other workers from Karimnagar also worked in the same company, he said.
Meanwhile, the social worker P Basanth Reddy said they would take Rajanna’s problems back with the center immediately.
