Student participation in social causes since liberalization: CJI

New Delhi: Chairman of Indian justice on Thursday was marked by “reduced” student participation in social causes as a concerned field, noting that for decades since a great leader emerged from students.
“Every sharp observer of Indian society will notice that in the past few decades, there are no major leaders who emerge from the student community.
This seems to be correlated with reduced participation from students in social causes after liberalization,” said Cji NV Ramana in the address of the convokation at the University Delhi National Law (NLU).
“The importance of student participation in modern democracy cannot be played.
It is important for you to take part in the current debate,” he added.
Safe! You have managed to throw your voteogin to see the results given to students to “emerge as leaders in public life”, CJI says more students must be “socially and politically conscious”.
Overcoming the meeting before the chairman of the Minister of Arvind Kejriwal, Chairman of the Delhi D High Court and Haked Siddharth Mridul, despite the Deputy Chancellor Srishna Deva Rao, Cji also spoke in a state of education.
“In anxiety to secure very remunarative and profitable employment opportunities, children are sent to exile in housing schools and personal training centers Can be achieved in such a strict environment, “he was observed.
Preparing them for life outside the campus, CJI, who is also visitor NLU, said, “Don’t be surprised when you see the conditions outside.
The courtroom is not as represented in the film or moot courts.
The courtroom is narrow, the judge sitting in the chair Damaged, Stenograph and Court Courts must attend a court without adequate arrangements, the absence of toilets, etc.
will be a common sight.

The Chief Justice also appreciated the role of the minister of Delhi’s head, saying that he had become a pillar of strength for NLU Delhi.
“I was told that he respected every request made for the benefit of this institution.
He is known for his commitment and hard work for the welfare of the people of Delhi.
His work in the field of education and health care is highly valued,” Cji added.
He also marks concerns about Nlus’s status, saying that this is considered “elitist and regardless of social reality”.
He said it was “a little annoying” that most students from these universities ended at the company’s law firm, added “It was very unfortunate that the comparable addition was not done in the ranks of lawyers who practiced in court” from NLUS.
