Coimbatore: East of all the female police arrested a 19-year-old boy on Friday for raping a 17-year-old girl.
The defendant pursued a certificate course at the Institute of Industry Training (ITI) in Coimbatore.
“He was friends with the girl, whose neighbor, a few months ago.
He was dropping out of school.
The girl’s parents asked her to end the relationship.
She lost from home on August 24 and parents filed a police complaint.
A team led by Inspector Dowlat Nisha witnessed the youth movement, who often visited the house left in the area and saved the little girls from there.
He lived there for the past three days, “said a police officer.
The girl told the police that the boy raped several times and told him that his parents would eventually get married.
The police handed it to his parents.
The boy was ordered under Section 5 (L) Read with 6 Children’s Protection of Sexual Act (Pocso), 2012.
He was returned in the custody of the judiciary.
