New Delhi: The Minority National Commission (NCM) on Wednesday admitted complaints about not allowing candidates to wear ‘karah’ in the NEET 2021 examination in Chandigarh.
In accordance with the complainant, Bhupinder Singh, his son was not permitted to wear ‘Karah’ in the NEET 2021 examination at the government model school, the 19-D sector, Chandigarh, while other students wearing silver allowed with tape fixing.
NCM in the press record said, because the incident involved people included in the minority community, the Commission had called for factual reports in this matter from the Chandigarh administration and the national testing agency that conducted a NEET 2021 examination.

“NCM is formed under NCM Act, 1992, already, Inter-Alia, is entrusted with the responsibility to look into special complaints about the deprivation of rights and minority protection and take things that are appropriate,” Release reading.
