Ranchi: Students who failed to perform well at Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) class X and class XII examinations were taken to Jharkhand’s capital roads demanding a review of the board.
The students, led by Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad, blocked the road near the Residence of the Minister of Education of the State of Jagarnath Mahto in Doranda.
A class XII student from the Chatra District, Uttam Kumar Gupta, said that the students with the class XI performance were not true.
He reasoned, “Is it sure that a bad student in class XI will do the same thing in class XII? Jac must improve our results.” Anu Kumari from College Women Ranchi claimed that he failed despite scoring good grades in class XI.
After about three hours of protest, the ABVP delegation met with the Minister of Education and filed a memorandum at their request.
ABVP said JAC’s fault had made the future a large number of students uncertain.
It was said that students had been depressed because of educational disorders because Covid added that they now found that their results were barriers to enter higher education.
ABVP leader Pratap Singh then said, “Minister of Education assured us that he had given instructions needed to JAC officials about this issue.
He said cell complaints had also been formed by JAC to handle complaints.” A group of other students held a demonstration in Mecon who was more demanding.
So that each student must pass this time.
They said that educational institutions gave less than appropriate students to be brought to the task.
