Chennai: Students who will return to college and school on September 1 must be prepared for a different campus experience.
Classes will be held on alternative days, there will be no joint lunch, share textbooks, meetings, study tours or sports activities.
The government has come out with detailed soup that tells of college and school what should be done when they welcome students.
The last year students of postgraduate students and professional courses such as engineering will have classes at six days while the first years will have an online class.
According to the SOP, the second year postgraduate students will attend universities on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while the third year students will attend classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
For professional courses such as Be and Btech, the second year students will come on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while the third year students will come on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Faculty and staff must be vaccinated.
Colleges must have quarantine facilities and bind with the nearest hospital for students with symptoms.
Principal of Teacher Nanak Mg Raghunathan said, “We will go with SOP but will split the class.
If there is a 40th grade, it will be divided into two and two teachers will teach.
