Students start the ‘Ek Mutti Chawal’ campaign

Hubballi: Students of the KLE Society’s JG College of Commerce here have launched a ‘EK Mutti Chawal’ campaign.
They have collected more than 200 rice bags and they will distribute the same as the orphanage, old house, school for blind people and mutt in the city.
Prof.
vs Kattimath, NSS Officer College, has said students themselves launched a campaign from January 10.
“Even though they are just looking for a handful of rice, many of our alumni members voluntarily contribute more rice.
Until now we have collected 200 25kg rice bags and expect 200 more days in the next few days.
We will send this bag to an orphanage, old house , Blind School, Mutt and other places where poor people are fed, “he said.
