Mumbai: Students to appear for the upcoming Secondary Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam (SSC) (SSC) to come from their respective schools and Junior Higher Education, said the State Education Council on Thursday.
The exam will be held offline on schedule.
The HSC exam will be held from March 4-30 and the SSC exam will be carried out starting March 15-4.
Students will sit in schools and junior colleges where they will be far more comfortable in writing their letters, said the State Council of Maharashtra.

The details of students who appear for boards are sought from junior schools and colleges.
Educational institutions that have less than 15 students will be allocated sub-centers who will be around their school or junior college
While practical and oral examinations carried out by junior schools and colleges will begin on February 14 to March 3 for HSC and March 25-3 for SSC, students who lose practical and oral exams for medical reasons, including 19, will be able to take out the exam -Of-turn to be detained after written papers.
The out-of-turn test for HSC will be held from March 29 to April 18 and for the SSC it will be carried out from April 5-22.
Apart from 15 to 30 minutes the additional time allocated to write newspapers, students will get 10 minutes to read the question letters.
For letters starting at 10:30 a.m., students will get a question paper at 10:20 a.m.
For newspapers starting at 3pm, the question paper will be handed over to students at 2.50 a night.
So far, 15 HSC lakh and 16 lakh SSC students have registered for the council exam.
This year students were allowed to register until the day before the exam.
