WASHINGTON: Through a recent study, researchers in the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMSOM) developed two quick diagnostic evaluations for Covid-19 which are almost as precise since the gold-standard test now utilised in labs.
Contrary to the gold standard evaluation, which extracts RNA and utilizes it to enhance the DNA of this virus, even these new tests may detect the existence of the virus as little as five minutes employing different techniques.
