Submitted as an accident, human death turned out to be murder

Bareilly: Splattered Blood Body Abdul Kalam was found lying on the road in Baddi at Himachal Pradesh on Friday last week.
It seems that sure it was an accident and his family burying his body in his village, Laxmipur, in Budaun up on Monday.
But when I passed CCTV footage, where they hoped to watch an accident or accident, they saw two people took Abdul away on a bicycle and then, after a while, back without him.
The second autopsy found the bullet on his neck, which was first missed.
He has been killed.
Abdul, 27, is a carpenter.
There is little that can be done at Sleepy Laxmipur and Baddi, as a pharmaceutical center, means a good business.
He worked with relatives from Badaun, Mohammad Shamshul, 30, and founded a shop in Baddi.
That’s where he lives.
“His head was very destroyed when the body was found,” said Baddi ASP Vivek Chahal to Ti.
“There seems to be an injury to penetrate in the head but the first autopsy (carried out on July 23) can’t say why.” They concluded that he might get something in an accident or stone might have hit the hills where the road passed.
But they found evidence too.
Working with a retreat, they began to pass CCTV footage from the nearest area.
“The gas station is close to the site where Abdul’s body was found,” said Chahal.
“Their recordings from July 22 night showed three men on a bicycle, including Abdul, went to the site.
Then, when they looked riding again, Abdul wasn’t with them.” The timeline matched the time of Abdul’s death.
But it will not prove Abdul has been killed.
First, the police identified the two men – Mohammad Shahid, 21, and Mohammad Faizan, 23 – who were neighbors from the Abdul family in Budaun.
What did they do 500 km in Baddi? “When we went to their village to question them, they escaped,” Chahal said.
Meanwhile, Abdul’s body was excavated on Friday.
“The second autopsy found a bullet around his neck,” Chahal added.
“That’s enough evidence and we launched hunting.
Shahid is located in Chandigarh and Faizan elsewhere in Haryana.
When they were questioned, they said that they had been employed by Shamshul to kill Abdul.” Shamshul, police said, owed money to Abdul.
Do not want to deal with ongoing disputes about it, he made him killed.
“He was arrested from Budaun,” said SSP SSP Sankalp District Sharma told toi.
A pine has been registered against Shamshul, Shahid and Faizan for murder.
The accusation of the criminal conspiracy and causes the loss of evidence can be added.
