The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Probing Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar in the case of RS 200 Crore money laundering has mentioned that he has a relationship with some Bollywood celebrities including the actor Shraddha Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty.
According to the statement of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s disclosure, he had revealed that he knew Sharadha Kapoor since 2015 and helped him in the case of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Speaking of other Bollywood celebrities, Chandrashekhar told that he knew the Harman actor Baweja and planned to produce the next film “Captain” starring Kartik Aryan.
Chandrashekhar’s disclosure statement also mentioned that he also contacted the actor Shilpa Shetty for a conditional release of his husband Raj Kundra.
Previously, Ed questioned actor Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi for alleged their relationship with Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
The Central Agency stated that Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi received the main models of luxury cars and other expensive prizes from the defendant.
Patiala House Court recently took awareness of the Chargesheet Ed submitted against Sukesh Chandrashekhar, Leena Maria Paul’s wife and others in the 200 crore RS money laundering case.
All the defendants are currently in court detention.
Ed, a financial probe agent, recently arrested them under PMLA at the squeeze racquet that was run from Delhi prison.
According to ED, during the investigation, the search was conducted in various places connected with Chandrashekar and his colleagues.
During the search, 16 upscale vehicles were confiscated under 17 PMLA and these cars both on behalf of the company Leena Maria Paul or on behalf of third parties.
Furthermore, it was conveyed that it had emerged that Chandrashekar deliberately created a structure to coat and transfer the results of crime and thus, actively participating in the money laundering process.
Chandrashekar and Leena Maria Paul along with several other people accused previously arrested by Delhi police.
Police recently also requested Maharashtra’s control over organized crime (McOCA) in this case.
Police Delhi has accused Leena, Chandrashekar with other people using the Hawala route, creating a shell company to park the money obtained from the results of crime.
Delhi Police (EOW) economic wings have registered pine against Chandrasekhar for allegedly deceiving a pair of former promoters of Ranbay, Shivinder Singh, and Malvinder Singh, from Rs 200 Crore in addition to sustainable investigations in some cases.
