Noida: To complete construction work on their plots, all allottees in Noida will be offered an extension of six months at no extra cost.
These conditions, officials said, were that they should be allocated plots by Noida authorities before July 2 last year.
Acting on the request of Allottees, the authority has moved the proposal – waiting for more than a year – before the board on September 24 for approval.
In the decision-making lines taken by the residential board and the development of Uttar Pradesh, the authorities have been asked to provide neglect to allottes who cannot submit documents due to strict locking imposed during the first wave.
Treating the Pandemic outbreak as an ‘Force Majeure’ event, the authority also appealed to the state government to provide more time to people not to complete the document.
It was only in September last year, the authorities began to shift their services online and push allottees to submit their application without the need to visit office places physically.
“Because the sector 6 office closed from April 2020 for five to six months, we cannot send maps and documents.
And when applied for later, the authority requested a time extension fee.
We want to add another floor to our office and seek authority approval at that time , “said Dharmendra Singh, an entrepreneur from Sector 61.
Authority ordered a minimum of 4% of premium land to provide an extension of up to one year.
To find a settlement or functional letter.
Costs vary by up to 20% for one year premium soil if seeking an extension for settlement through a five-year commercial plot from the specified deadline.
The timeline to seek functional settlement or mail is provided in the letters of allotment.
In the order issued on October 8 (Friday), the Chief Executive of the Authority, Ritu Maheshwari stated that the date of the cut-off to propose a neglect was saved on July 2, 2020.
Maheshwari added that those who had allocated land before the date were eligible to seek the benefits of the scheme .
“Rotation is done a cut-off period will not be considered,” said an officer about the Special Task of Authority.
Being part of the NCR, Noida has begun to force restrictions on public movements from March 22, 2020, as soon as some Covid cases are detected.
Three development authorities remain busy with sanititiation and fumigation activities as well as for urban services during the locking period.
The work of Noida’s authority was hit between March 22 and September 21.
Because there are no online platforms available to submit a settlement letter, the authority will consider it a ‘zero period’ and will not charge fees at allottes who have to do it, get the rent they are executed during the six-month window.
