Hyderabad: Realty Player Sumadhura Group plans to invest 1,500 crore at the Hyderabad Realty Housing Market for the next four years, the company’s top officials said.
This includes its parts of the investment in the highest housing tower in the city, Olympus as high as 44 floors, in the Nanakramuda area set by the Sumadhura Group and Vasavi Group at a cost of Rs 1,000 Crore.
Apart from the upcoming Olympus project near the Waverock building, Sumadhura also planned a housing project on the 10 hectare site near the Shamshabad airport which will begin the next quarter, said the Madhusudan G group.
Also on the card is a housing project in Kokapet who acquired 4 hectares of land, He said, adding that even though the land had been obtained, the registration formality was not finished.
