Previously on Thursday, Director of Private Media Weapons Limited Saurabh Kushwaha was called to be questioned by Mumbai Crime Property Cells.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai session on Thursday said that he would hear the application of the assurance business of business people and actors Shilpa Shetty Raj Kundra and his colleague Ryan Thorpe on August 10.

Kundra was arrested by the police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges associated with the alleged creation of pornographic films.
Earlier on July 25, the police had notified that the four Kundra employees had changed the witness against him in the case of pornographic racquets, increasing the problem for him.
Kundra has been named after a major conspirator by Mumbai police who have slapped the allegations of it under the 420 section (cheating), 34 (general intentions), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements) from Indian and indecent criminal codes) ( IPC) In addition to the relevant part of IT laws and indecent representations of the Women’s Act (Prohibition).
