MUMBAI: Mumbai police commissioner Hemant Nagrale on Tuesday discounted inspector Sunil Mane, who had been detained in relation to the murder of their’stolen’ SUV proprietor Mansukh Hiran.
Mane was disregarded under Article 311 of the Indian constitution, making it feasible to bag a government slave with no departmental question if holding this kind of inquiry isn’t deemed practicable.
Assistant inspectors Sachin Waze, Riyaz Kazi and constable Vinayak Shinde were detained in the alleged planting of gelatine sticks out industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s home at Carmichael Road and also in relationship with Hiran’s murder.
They were dismissed on the exact grounds.
On March 4, Mane supposedly introduced as sheriff Tawde and known as Hiran into Ghodbunder Road and Waze and handed him to the natives.
