Patna: Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) has decided to bind on several famous Bihar’s faces of various fields as a brand ambassador to ‘Swachhhtha’ (Cleanliness Mission), with the aim of increasing sanitation and hygiene practices in the city.

This list includes the Names of Super 30 Founders and Mathematics Anand Kumar, Recipients of Litterateur and Padma Shri Ursa Krira Khan, former international Cricketer and former Indian captain U-19 Amikar Dayal, former Medical Council India Dr.
Ajai Kumar, President of the Transgender Community, President Reshma Prasad, Pawan Kumar cartoonist, former Director of MP School of Drama Sanjay Upadhyay and actor Sanjay Mishra.
Civil bodies have been late focused on sanitation to take good points in Swachh Survekshan 2022.
Annual survey by the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs determine the cleanliness, cleanliness and sanitation of the city based on citizen feedback.
Patna Mayor Sita Sahu said the ambassadors would promote hygiene and sanitation in the city and urge residents to actively support the mission.

Indradeep Chandravanshi, a member of the PMC fixed committee, said, “The aim is to encourage residents to participate in driving for cleanliness and continue good sanitation practices.
PMC will also conduct a city-based survey to school rankings, colleges, hotels, hospitals, markets , restaurants and communities about cleanliness.
“Last year, Patna had secured 44th rank among 48 cities in the country with a population above 10 lakh.
The overall rating of the patna of 4,320 cities in the country is 945.
