NEW DELHI: Supreme Court of India is most very likely to listen to the prosecution, registered by Advocate Mamta Sharma, to cancel the Class 12th Board examination 2021.
The Apex court also has recorded the matter for hearing tomorrow i.
e.
, on Friday, 28 May, 2021.

The prosecution asked the Court to direct the concerned authorities to announce the Class 12 effect on the grounds of’objective methodology’ in a particular timeframe.

The request from SC is steered towards, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), along with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE).

Delay from the announcement of Class 12 outcomes will hamper pupils taking admission in overseas universities.
