SURAT: Police commissioner Ajay Tomar on Thursday ordered stunt after a movie of the farewell celebration of an inspector moved viral on social networking.
A significant controversy faded out on Thursday following a movie of this farewell celebration during curfew time went viral.
The celebration violated state administration’s Covid guidelines, alleged AAP spokesperson Yogesh Jadvani.
From the movie, a variety of policemen in uniform are now also observed.
One of the cops sen from the movie, one is AP Salaiya, authorities inspector of Singanpore police channel.
He had been moved to Economic Offence Mobile on Tuesday.
The celebration was organised by his own coworkers of Singanpore police station in Kum Kum Party Plot on Wednesday afternoon.
“Over 100 cops were current from the celebration that lasted during curfew period.
Police punish ordinary people by collecting significant penalties or enrolling FIR but policemen themselves are violating the standards intentionally,” explained Jadvani.
“A question was arranged in the episode and ACP D branch will direct the probe.
Further action will be taken depending on the findings of this question,” sail PL Mal, additional commissioner of police, Sector 1.
