Rajkot: Three Employees of Letter-Based Financing Companies were ordered to deceive 17 people in Rajkot Rs 4 Crores two years ago.
The complainant approached the Rajkot Taluka police station on Thursday which stated that they had invested in companies that were captivated by good return promises.
Jenti Patel’s complainant told the police that he went to the Office of the Dhanani Finance Company located in Nana Mauva six years ago and was captivated by the temptation of an annual Return of 18 percent.
Patel said that he sold his farm in Paddadhri Taluka and invested Rs 25 Lakh with the company and began to get good returns.
After that, he also convinced 17 relatives including his brother Vipul, Kamlesh’s brothers Ramoliya and Dinesh Fefar along with other people to invest around Rs 4 Crore in the scheme.
Every investor gets a good return until 2019, but after that the company lid overnight after losing all the money.
Meanwhile, investors learned that three were accused of the company, including the Chairman of Asmita Pambhar and the Directors of Ghanshyam Pambhar, Vallabh Pambhar was a resident of the letter and approached Rajkot police to register them.
According to the police, after analyzing all documents, the three were accused of being ordered under the IPC part 406, 409, 420 and 120 (b), while the police also began to look for other fraud victims.
