SURAT: A police constable submitted in Umarpada police station was booked at Palsana police channel of Surat district Tuesday for allegedly raping a 33-year-old girl around one year ago.
The girl alleged that the accused chased her in his automobile against Palsana threatening police action because she wasn’t wearing a mask.
The complainant lady and her husband had been reserved at a complaint lodged by the accused boy Naresh Kapadiya’s spouse Parvati beneath The Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The criticism was enrolled in Bardoli government channel.
Parvati alleged the girl and her husband came to her house and mistreated her.
They supposedly made caste particular remarks.
Preliminary police study shown that Kapadiya was published in Palsana police station and after a movie of him battling the complainant girl went viral at January 2021, that he had been moved to Umarpada police channel.
In her criticism the girl alleged that throughout lockdown at 2020 she had been planning to purchase milk Palsana if the accused attempted her at his vehicle.
He compelled her to sit on his automobile threatening police actions because she wasn’t wearing a mask.
Rather than taking her into the police stationthe accused shot on Navsari street.
Then he removed her clothes and defeat.
The accused clicked her photographs and mistreated her.
Utilizing those photographs, the girl had been supposedly blackmailed by the raped and tortured several times throughout the last few months.
“It appears the accused cop as well as the girl had an affair with one another.
After disputes that they lodged complaints against each other,” explained a police officer from Bardoli.
