Thiruvananthapuram: The State President of BJP K Surendran is here on Sunday saying that the airport road that is not motorized in Valiyathura is a real face of the Kerala development model that is incorrected incorrectly.
He spoke after visiting the road that had been lying in a sad condition and could not be used for the past few months after being destroyed by the rough sea.
Surendran said the condition of this road that leads to the domestic terminal of the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport from Shangumugham is the testimony of the inability of the current LDF government.
“All ongoing development projects such as City Smart, Vizhinjam International Seaport and airport development, which are expected to change the face of the capital city, are being carried out with the help of the central government.
Meanwhile, the state government was unable to repair the road correctly”, he said.
Surendran said that all maintenance work was carried out on the road so far not scientific.
This will only cause more inconvenience to the public in the near future.
Road conditions have affected airport users and locals.
The users were forced to bring their luggage and walk to the airport from Shangumugham.
