Hyderabad: President Trs and Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao jumped a few minutes on Tuesday when he decided to send members of Rajya Sabha Banda Prakash to the Legislative Council under the MLA quota, there were still two and a half years of house.

Party sources say Prakash, which is included in the Mudiraj community, gets a green signal because it can be appointed into the state cabinet in the next reshuffle.
Prakash comes from the same community as the former Minister and Huzurabad BJP MLA Eatala Rajender including and the possibility of induction in the cabinet is seen as a step to maintain the Mudhiraj Happy community.
Speculation also widespread that the former assembly speaker, Madhusudhana Chary can be sent to the top house in place of Prakash and that he will be nominated to the Legislative Council based on the Governor’s quota which is a Caushik who has not been released by the Governor until now.
