Gurgaon: One-day salary will be detained by medical staff who do not report to serve or appear at the end of Thursday in the 10 civil hospital sector during a surprise inspection by the Gurgaon Head Virender Yadav.
Furthermore, those who have not marked regular presence at the requested facility to explain the reason, failed so they could lose some of their salaries too.
Dr.
Yadav spot examination in the hospital lasted for about two hours, where only four doctors were present.
At least 60 doctors and other staff who should report at 8 am have not appeared until 10 am to serve.
According to the rules of the hospital, the staff must reach 8 am to start their opd and pharmacy.
When CMO reached the facility at 8:15 a.m., he found several doctors and staff lost.
He also noticed that only parts of the pediatric Ward and functional parts while other parts, such as eyes, teeth, orthopedics, medicine and psychiatry, and ultrasound space, did not operate.
The X-ray department is open, but the radiographer is not visible.
CMO also found that the phone on the emergency ward did not work.
Dr.
Yadav moved from one nobleman to another, capturing many doctors and surprising officials.
He also found people who marched outside the pharmacy to get drugs but no one would be present for them.
On registration and billing counters, only one person is present.
Outside almost all OPSDs, long queues were found, with patients waiting for a doctor to reach the hospital.
On average, around 3,000 patients visit the OPD civil hospital every day.
Dr.
Yadav said patients who visited the hospital had suffered without a doctor.
“I have ordered officials to hold staff salaries that failed to reach the hospital on time.
I have been looking for an explanation of why they did not provide previous information about the same thing,” he added.
Observing that many of the staff do not mark regular attendance, said Dr.
Yadav, “they must explain the reason in two working days.
Until when their presence is regulated, their salary will be stopped.” Cmo also expressed displeasure due to lack of cleanliness in the hospital and asked for Administration to pay attention to cleanliness in the bathroom.
