Bhubaneswar: The Legal Service Authority of the Puri District (DLSA) recently provided compensation while Rs 2 Lakh to victims of rape in Brahmagiri as part of the Odisha victim compensation scheme.
“Chairman of the DLSA, Dhaneswar Malkick, who is also the Puri District Judge, directed me to meet the victim’s family.
RS 1.5 lakh examination has been stored in the bank in his name for five years.
Another examination of Rs 50,000 was given to him for emergency costs,” said Secretary DLSA DBASish Dash.
