Some residents approached the National Green Tribunal (NGT) in 2019, which stepped to stop the allegations of efforts to destroy the park and impose fine on the developer.
The Supreme Court then triggered temporary assistance to the developer in the penalty section but asked Ansal to maintain the status quo on ownership of all properties in the colony, residents said.

“According to residents, parents and kids colonies often become parks.” There are 100 trees in the park and some 20 years old, which is the green lung area, and now they want to build a hospital, “said JC Kalra, one Applicant in this case.
However, Trueworth’s developer denied claims and said that land had been intended as a pharmacy from the date of the start of Sushant Lok -1 by the DTCP.
“Some locals, with personal interests, dragged the problem to the court who declared it as a park.
Lower trials and session courts have rejected their petition with detailed orders, “said Arun Kumar Arora, his director.” There is no stay in court on this pharmacy site.
Some people misinterpreted residents by showing the upper court order, which was not at all related to this site, “he added.
Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg said,” I have asked DTCP to check this problem, and the right action will be taken according to the rules.
