New Delhi: Delhi Court on Monday conducted a murder case of the Chhatrasal Stadium, involving the Sushil Kumar Olympic medal wrestler, to the court session to hear further after consuming either from the accusation sheet filed to Him and others for violations of murder, kidnapping and conspiracy.
The Head of Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Satvir Singh Lamba from the Court Rohini has conducted a case to the session court, but what will be listed before has not been decided, advice for Sushil Kumar said, adding that the next hearing date was September 24.

Police Delhi has submitted FIR against the defendant for violations such as murder, murder attempts, guilty killings, criminal conspiracies, kidnapping, robbery, riots, among others.
Criminal procedure code (CRPC) divides criminal trials into the session court and judge trial.
Court sessions tried serious violations.
If the violation can be extended by the session court, the judge conducts this case after consuming the billsheet.
