HALLANDALE BEACH: Authorities have arrested a man they say whined antisemitic comments in a rabbi and chucked a bag of human feces before a South Florida synagogue. Hallandale Beach authorities detained Jeffrey Carl Fleming on Monday on behalf of felony stalking having a hate crime enhancement and penalizes private waste. Fleming has been held Tuesday about $11,000 bond in the Broward County Jail. Details on his own arrest weren’t released. Capt. Pedro Abut mentioned in a declaration that Fleming, 39, is that the man caught on mobile movie that went to a rant away from the Chabad of South Broward on Friday. The guy, dressed and wrapped in a white robe, returned and left a brief time afterwards, carrying a purse or pillowcase that included human feces. He chucked the bag before the synagogue and cried,”Jews have to perish,” according to a police record. He spat in a menorah near a sidewalk, as stated by the authorities. In a Tuesday court hearing, Fleming’s lawyer requested that he get a psychological examination.
