Gurgaon: A group of high-population of GPL Eden in Sector 70 has filed a complaint in the CM window against the administrator and returns officers because they do not obey the district registrar commands and demand the suspension of the process of selecting RWA until the difference in the list of remained membership.
The election of the community is scheduled to take place on July 17, where 162 members will give their voices.
Residents complained that the officers returned to violate HRR’s actions and RWA regulations.
They claim that the administrator and return of officers failed to verify the list of members and including residents who did not qualify in the voter list.
Residents said that on April 3, officers who again showed a list of eligible voters in the community.
When residents raise objections, district registrants issue direction to the administrator and return officers to verify the list.
However, on July 3, the schedule for the election of community government agencies was published without following the procedure as they did not supervise the voter list or provide resolving objections raised by the population, they accused.
Biraj Bhadra, one of the residents said, “Officers and Administrators who returned to the election of RWA who ignored orders issued by the former District Registrants to verify the eligibility of the voter list and candidate nominations.
Again officers have received candidates nominations even though they have no legal proof of ownership such as The transportation certificate that must be in accordance with ACT HRR, 2012 and the Haryana Apartment ownership law.
“District Registrants have been empty since June 7.
Meanwhile, the KS Dhaka administrator said, “We have displayed the voter list in April but the election cannot occur because of the pandemic.
We have invited suggestions from residents but nothing advances.
Now the election schedule has been stated and if they have objections, they have must raise it on time.
