Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court enforced the center of the Central Administrative Court to continue the suspension of Sahhiram Meena, a former deputy commissioner of the city narcotics, who had been accused of corruption and had disproportionate assets by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
Meena challenged the administrative central tribunal command quoted that ACB failed to submit a chargesheet within three months after the arrest and extension of the suspension of the service was illegal.
ACB raided the office and where he lived to accept illegal satisfaction.
He was placed under a suspension on February 1, 2019.
The criminal case was registered with him after ten days.

The suspension was extended on April 24, 2019, which he was challenged in the Administrative Court.
The court has upheld the suspension.
The applicant then challenged the court order in the High Court.
The High Court, while enforcing the tribunal decision, said, “We do not assume that the commands passed by the court suffer from all illegalities or errors to call for interference.
We cannot refuse to mention that the applicant is dealing with serious corruption allegations..
The applicant was suspended on February 1, 2019, and Retirement from service after reaching the age of superannuation on July 31, 2019.
