Letter: A suspicious electronic device resembles a Bluetooth speaker found left behind from the Gaurav pathway near V R Mall in a letter on Monday.
The police have not confirmed what the device is.
But the police said that a suspect was arrested by locals, but he managed to escape from that place.

“From a preliminary investigation, we learned that some people were seen by locals in the place with the device.
People asked him and tried to make him there until the police arrived but he escaped,” said a police officer.
“There are no official complaints that have been registered.
We will declare details only after the initial investigation is complete,” the officer said.
