JODHPUR / JAISALMER: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday arrested three people, including the principal of the government school, in case of bribery related to the Rajasthan Administration Service exam (RAS).
The agency also confiscated the number of bribes of Rs 20 Lakh returned by the mediator after he failed to keep his promise to ensure a value of 70% in the ‘recipient’ in a racial interview.
Interestingly, while the one who was accused of being the principal in the Government Middle School, Panawara in the Bayatu Sub-Division of Barmer, the other two were also associated with two private schools in Barmer and Jodhpur.
Gali (ACB) Wisnu Kant said that a team had pursued a vehicle after they received information that two people were on their way to Barmer with a large number given in return to ensure a higher value in racial examination.
“Our team intercepted a vehicle at a police station in Kalyanpura at Jodhpur-Barmer Highway on Thursday afternoon and found Rs 19.95 lakh having two people after searching for vehicles,” the officer said.

Jogaram contacted Kishnaram, who was a physical instruction or in a private school in Jodhpur.
Kishnaram has promised at least 70% of the value in an interview for contact with citing fisycles at the RPSC and demands Rs 20 Lakh for it.
But he failed to do it as promised and Harish only secured a sign of 54% in the interview.
Jogaram then demanded money back and Kishnaram agreed to return the money.
Jogaram and Tharars have come to Jodhpur to receive the number on Thursday.
Kant said they had all been captured and Kishnaram was interrogated with respect to his contacts at RPSC and the reason for him gave a guarantee to get a 70% mark to Harish.
