Prayagraj: Additional District Judge (ADJ) posted at Fatehpur filed a complaint with the Kaushambi District Police who stated that his car was hit by a SUV who drove close to Chakwan on Thursday night.
The ADJ expressed a suspicion that the incident could be the result of a nobleman who had recently threatened him from a terrible consequence because he refused the guarantee to be accused.
Inspector General (IG) Range of Prayagraj, KP Singh, who monitors the probe, told TI that no one could suggest that the incident was more than an accident.
The incident, however, obtained significance in the light of the Supreme Court took Suo Motu’s awareness for a recent case at Jharkhand’s Dhanbad where a judge died after being hit by a car rickshaw when he was on the morning road.
Senior police officials have asked the officials concerned to investigate this case thoroughly.
IG said that ADJ (Pocso Court) Mohammad Ahmad, posted in Fatehpur District, returned to Fatehpur from Prayagraj on Thursday night when the SUV was quickly collided with his car.
Singh added that the police team was conducting technical investigations into the incident.
Introduction Police investigations also revealed that vehicle collisions were the result of overtaking, and no one was injured in the incident.
But the ADJ Ahmad car was badly damaged in a collision.
After the incident, ADJ submitted an application request at the local police station, demanding charges ‘killing intentions’.
Singh said that the police had called the owner of the SUV to find out more about the incident.
Introduction Investigations claim that there is no intention to hurt, and it’s just a case of an accident on the road.
The police also said that the owner of the SUV and ADJ were not known to each other.
