Kolkata: Calcutta High Court on Monday Stay Cid Proceedings against Suvendu Adhikari BJP for unnatural deaths from his bodyguards in 2018 and directed the state administration to take the steps of coercion against him without taking court permission.
The court also continued to follow Adhikari which was related to cases in Nandigram and Panskura.
