Kolkata: Calcutta High Court on Monday Stay Cid Proceedings against Suvendu Adhikari BJP for unnatural deaths from his bodyguards in 2018 and directed the state administration to take the steps of coercion against him without taking court permission.
The court also continued to follow Adhikari which was related to cases in Nandigram and Panskura.
However, giving green light to two other investigations: job fraud in Maniktala and a case in Tamluk, where he was accused of intimidating Midnapore SP east.
It also directs Adhikari to work with investigations.
“The state must provide information about the Applicant further to the Petitioner and get court leave before arresting the applicant or taking coercion steps,” Judge Rules Rajasekhar Mantha, turned off the request from the Advocate General Kishore Dutta, looking for a fixed order.
Judge Mantha appointed an effort to “involve and sacrifice” Applicant in a criminal case.

Adhikari has transferred HC which looked for intervention in all six sixth shot against it before Cid sent a call to him in September.
BJP leader also searches for the sixth transfer of firs to the CBI, the Central Investigation Agency.
The State Investigation Agency called Adhikari in connection with the Case of Conti following a complaint by the dead Janda Bengorduard, demanding investigations.
Adhikari did not obey Cid’s call, stating the problem was waiting in court.
Investigation of the unnatural body guard of the Chakraborty Subhabrata in 2018 began on July 9 this year and then left to Cid.
The delegation of four members visited Midnapore Timur and interrogated several officers.
The team also visited Adhikari’s house, Shanti Kunj, in Contai.
