Jaipur: Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation (JMC) has a rating of 32nd and Jaipur Municipal Corporation, bigger gets 36th position among urban local agencies with more than 40 lakh populations in Swachh Survekshan 2021, the annual cleanliness survey of the central government.
After the city corporation was divided into two, this year’s ranking was down compared to last year.
The ranking of Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) is 28 in 2020 surveys.
Of the 6,000 marks, JMC-Heritage and JMC-Greater took 3.482 and 3,327 marks, respectively.
An official said, “cities are evaluated in three categories.
Of the 6,000 points, 1,800 (30%) is for the sound of citizens, 2,400 (40%) for the progress of the level of service which includes points for processing waste, collection and separation, and 1,800 (30%) for certification that includes points for GFC and ODF.
“Good corporation, which claimed free defecation (ODF) scored 500 marks from 700 in this category.
Companies also failed to be displayed in separating garbage in the source followed by scientific collection, processing and disposal.
Of the 2,400, the central team gave 1,734.97 marks on heritage and a sign of 1,736.60 to be larger after the documentation.
Other cities in the state, which are displayed in the ranking list above 40 Lakh categories are Jodhpur and the city.
Meanwhile, Jodhpur (North) ranks the 35th, City (North) stands at 48.
Meanwhile, Udaipur has been ranked 95 among cities with less than 10 Lakh populations in Swachh Survekshan 2021.

Dungarpur was declared a garbage-free city that had a population between 25,000-50,000.

Rajasthan is ranked 12th among countries with more than 100 urban local agencies.
