Swamy Stan in Ventilator, NHRC sends notifications to Maharashtra

Mumbai: The condition of Elgar Parishad accused Fr Stan Swamy worsens in private hospitals in Bandra on Sunday.

It wrote to the Secretary of the Head of State, urged him to ensure the right medical care for FR Swamy.
The commission was looking for his case paper and asked for a report on the allegations.
The notification took part in the previous order where the Commission had suggested the state government to provide adequate medical care and care to the priest of the elderly Jesuit, and submit a report within four weeks.
